What's the best blush to go with David Cook?

Bragging time!

I've made a few posts about my disgusting love for American Idol. I try to keep it a secret. I really do. Well, last Thursday on the 3rd, the American Idols Live! Tour stopped in Fresno. Call it luck. Call it good timing. Call it whatever you want...

But either way I got to meet David Cook :)

AND Brooke White!!!!!

This gal is super cute. Like. Really. I know, we look like BFFS.

Me and two other friends just had some lunch and decided to head over to the Save Mart Center, just to see what was going on (it was early, too early. 1:00 early). Just as we drove in the parking lot the caravan of tour buses happened to be pulling in. After waiting a bit (I say "a bit" but it was enough for me to get a slight burn and tan the next day, haha), Carly Smithson, Brooke White, Syesha, and Kristy Lee Cook came out and chatted with the small crowd. It was totally sweet of them, I mean, they didn't have to do it. After the girls came out, Michael Johns and David Cook came up- then the mayhem started ;)

All in all it was a great day (I also got into the Meet & Greet prior to the show) and the concert was absolutely fabulous (When Cook came out for his set, he was wearing a Fresno State Baseball Jersey- smart move, the crowd went CRAZY!)!! I caught myself saying "Wow, I can't wait to go to another one of these shows" but this is it. Unless they go on tour separately. A bittersweet thought but still doesn't ruin the fact it was a great night!

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! I had a great time with the family eating lots of food and burning a lot of fireworks (illegal or not- oops!). I have another busy weekend coming up (I'm going to be attending the taping of VH1 Rock Honors The Who at UCLA's Pauley Pavillion) and after that, things will be calm for a bit. Hopefuly I'll be able to catch up and churn out some great beauty posts :)
